	Poor reception in the area, that is out side sometimes you get it sometimes you don't. Forget about being inside any building you no reception whatsoever,have to walk around outside and ope you get something!

	Have contacted Sprint and they have offered no help. Only place you can get reception is to drive out to the freeway or go into Denham Springs. Cell phone companies are missing out on a perfect opportunity for customers in this area.

	I can't get any reception in my home or in a couple of my friend's homes / apartments. Pretty good in most places, however, I lose signal in Wal-Mart and in certain places in the mall (Oakwood). T-Mobile has good plans, just crappy coverage.

	Until a few months ago, we received good service from our phones. Recently we have experienced dropped calls and low or no antenna reception on our phones. The service center technician says this problem is caused because the phone is trying to locate a tower. This does not make sense because there is a tower within sight of our house.
