The reception that I am getting on my brand new Nokia 2260 cellular phone is fantastic and I have great clear reception where I love and I am just so proud that I don't have to drive 11 miles to use my phone like I had to do with T-Mobile. I am very satisfied with AT&T and I would highly recommend them to other customers because they were on the up and up and told the truth about their services from the start.

I was with T-Mobile and the representative assured me that Melville was in their coverage area and when the phone arrived, I couldn't pick any signals to use the cell phone at all. I reported the problem when I called the company and the representative told me that he would do the paper work and have the early cancellation charges dismissed because it was wrong information given to me at the time and if I couldnt use the phone that I should not be charged for cancellation fees. But they have in the mean time sent me a $250.00 phone bill to pay but I am not paying that bill because it was false information to make a sale in the first place.
