Calls always bad reception Lewis St / Main close to the Lewis St. Bridge. Calls drop or can not hear. Calls to Cingular Customer Service and going to the Cingular store always the same... "your phone is bad no one has bad reception in that area" and "No one has ever complained about that area". I changed SIM cards and was told that was the problem but nothing changed. Also in the City Park area I can barely use my phone in my house due to poor reception.

Calls typically drop at this location. Very spotty service one mile North of this location. Service from Cingular cell phones inside homes very poor with dropped calls frequently. Actually, service from Cingular has been VERY poor for the entire New Iberia area for the past two years. This used to be a decent carrier in this area.

Service is OK in the city. But if you try a signal in your home on the outskirts, forget it. I haven't been able to use my phone for the past 4 days because I have been home and at the camp in Glencoe / Cypermort Point area.

One to two signal bars at most, and terrible data speeds on 3g (~50kb / s). The rep said there was 4G all over town when I bought it, but it only seems to work in a small section of the 70560 area. Coming from AT&T it's a definite downgrade.

Good Reception almost all the times, very few times I have missed calls because of signal problems.
