Great reception with Verizon Wireless compared to Cingular that I had for several years. Used to only be able to use my Cingular phone outside and sometimes that was still poor..1 bar. Since switching to Verizon... I can use my phone inside or outside of my home... without having to worry about calls dropping or having no service. Thanks Verizon

We have been with A t and T for over 8 years, and haven't rewened contract in over 3 years. Been debating on changing carriers and getting new phones. As we are paying roughly $170.00 a mth for 4 lines, which we will drop to 3, and only text on 1 phone. WE usually have problems along I-55 heading to Laplace. I feel we are paying way to much for our service, but I want to do plenty of research and hear feedback before we decide. Any suggestions ??

I really like tmobile. The reception in Ponchatoula / Hammond area is great. The only complaint I have is I get no service in the middle of my house. By windows I have 4 bars, 10 ft. inside the house though and the service drops.

A lot of dropped calls and broken up conversations. Only a mile from I-12 and 2 cell towers within a mile.

The Internet is slower than a slug as for the service... . What service? And drop calls are the new cool! I hate AT&T they are just there for the money not costumer service.

AT&T sucks. Of course, it's never their fault when you call and complain. Can't use the phone inside and only works in the front yard outside.

We have had problems with ATT from day one. We have purchased new phones to see if that was the problem and it's not. They have no coverage. They continue to add phones and gadgets but will not put more power to their signals, and customer service? Forget that ! They understand that your frustrated, but perhasps if you purchase this $200 cell booster that conects to the internet it MIGHT HELP. SURE, what else you want me to buy so I still don't get any satisfaction. Thanks for nothing !
