	In my house, the call quality isn't the best, scratchy and occasionally it won't make a call. This is by far the best phone for reception I've had since we moved in here. Everywhere else I've been on the phone in Scott and in Lafayette, I've had pretty decent service.

	Poor reception outside, very poor inside. I love Sprint's features, but if the cell coverage is bad, what's the point?

	I was talked into finally getting a smart phone by my husband after leaving AT&T for account security issues and extremely poor customer service... I was told by multiple people that Verizon was the best carrier (even rumored to be better than AT&T ). So far not impressed! I haven't gotten more than 1 bar of reception from one side of town to the next and my phone has already lockup up on me and I had to take the battery out to restart. Going back to the store to talk to them about these problems. For the money I'm going to be paying, I should have better.
