Sprint is terrible out here. Inside my house I get no bars. Have to go outside to be able to make a phone call. Data? Forget it, even outside. How can they advertise 4G phones and network when phones don't work inside the city? I've been putting up with this for over 5 years on my business cell phone.

Still no 3G service in Shreveport, plus GPS on phone can never figure out where I am. It randomly places me in other cities around the country whenever I try to check in using GPS-enabled apps.

Have had Sprint 10 yrs, just cant beat the price but coverage in town is spotty. Also Sprint is the only carrier in town that still does not have 3G (EVDO) service which makes a smart phone frustrating to use. Closest Sprint 3G gets is the Tx / LA border (back to 2g soon as you get in LA) or Alexandria,LA. The other downside is that if you get the new Andriod phones out that are 4G (HTC EVO and Samsung Epic) you must also add an extra 10 dollar data package on top of your everything plan that already includes a data package. They say this $10 is not for 4G but for unlimited data (current data has a 5gb limit) and to give you access to 4g should you visit a Big city that has it (Houston / Dallas both have Sprint 4G). I personally am not welling to pay 10 more on my everything plan when theres not even 3G in town.

I have 1 bar at best in my house, my Fiance's palm pre goes in to Roaming while at home. Sprint had to send us a Airave, to help with service. When it works it gives us almost full bars. Once we drive 200 feet from the house back to crap service. Cant wait till my plan is up!

sucks bad. my sister has AT&T and has 5 bars all the time. need another tower in the shreveport blanchard area

Great Service! No dropped calls. Have had no problems throughout the Shreveport / Bossier City area. Data service has been very reliable as well.

Go into the Albertson's at this corner and there is NO reception. AT&T here was fine 4-5 always.

Call drops at Outback Steakhouse on Live Ave - either a tower overlap of just flat out dead zone - at least 10 calls dropped in that one spot
