Service is really poor and there is no towers around this location; small tip from the rep (sweet girl) who was breaking her tongue trying to make a sell. Contract end in 2009 of Jan. I will switch providers just don't know with who. Customer service is just like the reception POOR. You’ll be lucky 1 out of 100,000 to get someone nice. I’m a customer since the 2000.

Alltel works great in oak ridge, compared to Cingular or verizon, which you can't even make a call in your house.
