Ever since Cingular was bought out by AT&T and switched to a 1900 mhz service, my coverage went from excellent to suck in 2 days. I've been through the maze of "Customer Service" and been lied to and told everything but the real problem. Was told they would "tweek the tower, then told they would boost the tower that is less than 1 / 2 mile from my home, but was told they needed FCC approval, and that could take months. I've been with this company since 1985, and this is the worst service I've ever had. I have 4 phones on my account. We cancelled our Home Phone with Vonage, to use cell phones, then about 3 months later, they switched systems. No I have to walk out in my front yard to use the phone, and even then it's marginal at best. AT&T doesn't care. You can't even speak to someone in charge to get something done. It's like a game to see how long they can keep putting you off.
