No reception inside my apartment, and 1 bar outside, standing in the yard. 1-2 bars maximum in Andover, Tewksbury, and Ballardvale areas. I have had very bad luck with T-Mobile reception.. Also, Cape Cod as a whole is a dead zone for T-Mobile.

MetroPCS signal is much better than ATT in my house. The signal is 1 bar, however have not experienced any call drop yet.

I cannot use ATT in my house. Hostage for 2 year.

I switched to AT&T from Verizon for th e3G adn EDGe network. Big mistake for my home in Andover. Verizon has a big tower in Lawrence and I always had full Verizon bars. I get crap with AT&T. A dissapointment.

I've had Verizon for approx 3 years and never had difficulty until May of 2006. Verizon by their own admission lost some equipment in the floods and my service has deteriorated to the point where I cannot make a call within my home any longer. (Trouble ticket 1327333) In June they told me that it would be fixed within a month. In September they said it would be fixed within a month or two. After 3 months of no service in my home, I requested a review by customer service and was told that I would be entitled to a $10.00 one time credit on my bill for the inconvenience. When I said that 3- 6 months of no service and only a $10.00 credit was totally unaccceptable, also with no guarantee when service would be restored to a usable level. Their explanation was that I am still able to use the phone. Yes, I have to leave my home and go a quarter mile away before I can make calls. Last weekend alone, I missed six incomming phone calls while in my home. Big company 1, little guy screwed again. Yes, I am bitter. If I cancel my service, I am responsible for the terminiation penalty as well!

Brand new RAZR with Cingular SIM Card very recently converted from original LG4020 with AT&T SIM Card; bars constantly fluctuate up and down from 0-1 typical to occasional 2-3 max; reception poor at best, frequent dropouts and complete disconnects; no difference from inside or outside office building

I get no reception in my house and only 1 bar outside. On certain days, my phone rings inside but almost always drops the call before I finish.

Everytime I look at the phone, NO SERVICE or it goes to ROAM, and I cannot use it, ever.

Reception is very bad in the general Philips Academy area

After living with fair reception with Cingular for a couple of years I decided to give Verizon a test drive, because their network is supposedly the best. I work and live in the River Rd.area between I-93 and Forest Hill Dr.and Verizon's reception in this area has been terrible. Almost every phone conversation I have had using the Verizon phone has been dropped, and when it is working at all it cuts in and out half of the time making a normal conversation almost impossible. I'm cancelling my 15-day trial period with Verizon and sticking with Cingular.

What had been okay service last three years on Phillips Academy service is now terrible all around PA -- hard to fathom

Terrible. Must walk across the street to get even one bar. Service is unusable in that area, but gets better a few blocks away. This is definetely a completely dead spot. How can I get a tower in my back yard? ;)

When I drive on that section of Rt 133 in Andover I drop my connection at least once, often 2 times and more.

No problem in and out of my house. 5 or 4 bars 90% of the time. Reception not quite as good as I get closer to Andover Center (Rt 28 and Elm Street). Clearly better than the Nextel I previously used.

Indoors reception is terrible 1-2 out of 7. Outdoors is 3-4 out of 7. Spotty coverage between Route 28 and I-93 on Route 133.

Outdoors - 4 Good. Indoors - 3 - Average (Depends on location within apt.)
