Sprint 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Samsung Instinct	Never have more than 2 bars which causes all my messages not to come through for days or more, I have had service with Sprint for 9 years and lived in the area for 4 years and just recently started having reception problems. Sprint said they will send a technician out to check / fix the tower but we'll see!

Verizon 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG enV	We have to sit outside in order to not drop our calls. If we try to talk from inside, the reception cuts out. The phone doesn't even ring most of the time when someone calls. Verizon has no plans to fix the problem. I guess not enough customers have complained.
