No reception in house at all, only 1 bar outside. Have tried verizon, AT&T and now Sprint and so far Sprint is the worse although the others weren't much better. Cell phone service in my area is awful, go a mile or 2 away and it's fine.

We have AT&T and Verizin network phones in our house and none of us get reception in the house at all, have to go about a mile away to get service. Visitors on different networks also get no service. Wish Billerica would put a tower on fox hill so we could use our phones at home, but Billerica is still living in the dark ages.

I have had Sprint since 2003 and have never had a reason to switch.I work for a large cable company and need my phone every day to communicate with home base.I work from Boston to the northshore and never have dropped calls even when in a basements except for the town of winchester which refuses to erect cell towers.I even have coverage in parts of billerica where friends with Verizon and T-Mobile have none at all.I will admit I have always had their top of the line phone. I don't care what carrier you have if you take the free phone or the less expensive models you will have issues.

Terrible reception inside and outside of home.

Decent reception in my home (2-3 bars) and very good reception in the rest of town.

This is an update to my complaint posted on August 29, 2007. Suddenly -- after zero to one bar "service" (which always dropped if any connection occurred) for the past ten years, I've got 5 bars at home! Verizon has been quite good when I've been working in numerous other locations, but no signal at home had been insufferable. Yipee!

One bar, just as often no bars. Calls drop so fast I just don't have the cell phone on when I'm at home. Fortunately the Verizon service is quite good at the many other places I go during my day. Unfortunately the town of Billerica is more interested in obstructing cell towers than allowing its residents late 20th century communication technology.

Absolutely no problems at all anywhere in Billerica. Get 5 bars sitting in my home office.

Cingular GSM has incredibly poor reception (1 / 5 bars at the best). Frequent disconnects, unintelligible conversations, terrible customer service. IN the same area AT&T Wireless (TDMA) coverage was excellent

Had an LG vx 10 phone which gave me between 1-2 bars, with the new lgvx6100 reception is worse... between zero and one bar

I have had two other Nextel phones and the i530 is the third and worst. I have two of them. No reception in Lexington. Poor in Burlington, Billerica, Chelmsfors, Bedford, a little better in Lowell. If you hold this phone next to an i60 or an i700 both other phones will read between 3 and 5 bars.

My Phone Shows 3 bars and intermittently no bars at all when I am inside my office but once I step out of my cube and into the reception area and beyond I can make calls.. Inside I cannot make or receive calls at all.. It used to be fine a couple of days earlier not sure whats happening in this part.. I used to be able to receive calls inside my office cube when I bought my phone couple of weeks ago..
