Sprint is the worst. Do not pay $80 a month for never getting to use he internet or any apps. The customer service over the phone and at stores suck. I will urge everyone who is thinking about it away form it. I'd rather pay the early termination fee.

Very Poor reception in City Point. Surprising that a thickly settled area in the city is so poor. used to have Verizon in this area and reception was good. Sprint should allow their phone to roam in this area.

No reception and calls get dropped, plus cell issue, it likes to freeze at times... ... DON'T DO ITTT, Sprint needs 2 get on the ball! I hate sprint, thinking about switching to either T-Mobile or Verizon, but Verizon is expensive, so maybe T-mobile

Cell phone is low at my house. I have plenty of bars and then it just drops. My phone is not even a year old. In town the phone works great, but in South Boston the reception is very poor.

Sprint's gotten a lot better outside, I think. However, my apartment is on the ground level of a brownstone and only have service next to my window. Anywhere else in the small apartment, and I lose signal.

Reception used to be 3 bars back when I had an A500. Calls would get dropped every once in a while, but it was not a major problem. Recently I've "upgraded" to a A680 and it seems like I'm having much more trouble connecting and keeping a call from dropping. Sometimes I'll drop 4 or 5 times in a matter of 3-4 minutes- very distracting. I've installed an external trucker antenna, which does maximize the bars, but every once in a while I will still drop a call, and reception will vary from no bars to full in a matter of seconds. I'm trying to determine what is causing this but I can't. Maybe no direct line of sight with tower, or weird air density in the winter, but no idea really.

Usually good service around the hill, even indoors. The only spots with problems have been downtown, near the water and Quincy Market, but that has gotten better in 2004. Some places in Allston are also bad, but most everywhere around the city has been good.

New cell tower means the neighborhood (Lower Mills, Dorchester/Boston) gets good reception.
