AT&T service has always been bad since I got the iPhone. Now it's almost completely unusable. One bar and no ability to make outgoing calls the last two days, where at home in Cambridgeport or at work at Boston University. Time to move on. Never again will I be stuck with AT&T.

AT+T data sucks throughout most of Cambridge (Kendall / MIT). Pretty slow outside. Once I go into a building... forget about it.

Concord ave / Huron neighborhood is very spotty. Have had AT&T for years; it sucks here (recently moved here) both indoors and outdoors. Good signal sometimes, other times zero or Edge. Same location and even time of day! I complain to AT&T every day. So should you.

Very poor service in my place! It's very spotty, although it seems fine once I leave my place and place a call outside. It wouldn't be such a big deal if I had a home phone, but this is my home phone! Wanted to wait for the iPhone 5. For Verizon instead of AT&T. But don't know if I can last

Nothing inside, occasionally 1 bar outside. Frequently nothing. Generally poor all over. Most calls drop.

Been with ATT for 4 years through all iphone models. used to experience decent signal strength. Now reception quality is poor to none. First started experiencing dropped calls after upgrading to G4(average 5 times during a 20min call), and no reception in areas where I previous had a decent reception with 3g. Often find a vm without the phone ringing at all. (Sometimes vm's arrive a full 24 hours after the messages were left.) I returned 4g and came back to 3g, fed up with constantly having to apologize for dropped calls. 3g reception is a little better than 4g, but still noticebly far worse than it used to be. coverage map shows this area to be solid dark-orange(max possible) reception, but my experience says otherwise. AT&T is clearly overloaded beyond its capacity.

It is awful. And I can't believe it is my only option for the iphone, which I really like. This is ridiculous! I can't get calls in my office. I also can't use it in my apartment complex in Melrose MA! Hideous.

I get tons of dropped calls and very poor reception. Even on the street outside my house my reception is poor. When Verizon gets the iPhone, I'm done with ATT.

AWFUL reception! I've been on AT&T for about 1.5 years and the reception wasn't bad until this summer. Now it's just horrendous. A cell phone is necessary for my business and I cannot have such awful service. Time to move on!
