Reception is good on ground level but 10 stories up, reception is terrible (<2).

Within the past 2-3 weeks reception in this location has deteriorated markedly. Many dropped calls. Sprint can "find nothing wrong". But clearly something has changed.

Dropped calls all the time in the apartment -- barely functioning. Works in parts of the house and when I get about 5 steps outside of the house, but not in my bedroom, living room, or kitchen. Spotty in most other locations as well. I'm changing carriers.

Inside our appartments, the phone keeps dropping calls. No problems outside. We're switching to some other carrier. Verizon or T-Mobile probably.

Do not use Sprint in a Harvard Law School dorm unless you're recovering from an addiction to cell phone use.

Does anyone else at Harvard law school get no service with Sprint?? Please, please, call them and tell them to correct the problem. They told me that they can't do anything until at least three people call in. Just call customer service and say "no service." Thank you!

I have great reception all over Boston with Sprint.

4 bars in my office building; never had a problem. I am on the 4th floor so that may help. I also get good reception in my home which is very nearby in North Cambridge, towards Davis square from here.

I had to ditch AT&T when I move to East Cambridge from North Cambridge. AT&T was awful. Have been very satisfied with Sprint - good connectivity mostly.

Poor reception inside the house, especially when it rains. Have to move to "strategic" spots within the house to continue a conversation. Pulling out the extendable antenna helps a little. Also, calls get dropped around intersection of Route 2/95, and Burlington Mall. But in general I get good reception elsewhere.
