absolutely no reception not one bit I miss many calls and messages no recepption T-Mobile u need to step up and fix this problem immediatley

Looking for the best Verizon phone for my area in Dracut MA 01826

2 Bars when lucky (near a window or outside), 1 or zero most of the time. VZW reception in the northern half of lakeview ave sucks. Lots of dropped / missed voice calls all the time. Data calls are hit or miss, EVDO sometimes, 1xRTT most times.

Reception lousy on all digital phone. Looking into upgrading to tri-mode to see if it helps.

Verizon is ripping us off. Cannot provide reception to its customers living in this town. Have no problem accepting our money every month.

Cannot use cell phone anywhere in the west side of town

I have had Cingular for years in FL with not too many problems. While visiting family in Dracut, MA and the surrounding area I had NO RECEPTION at all in Collinsville and terrible reception the rest of the two weeks. Had to drive out of Dracut to use the phone. Cingular rep blamed VERIZON for having a monopoly on the towers in and around Dracut.

Poor - This area used to be good, but all of a sudden the signal strength dropped to a single bar. No explaination from Verzion - They don't really care either.

No reception AT ALL! Makes me angry
