I have Verizon Wireless for years which I have never had issues with around MA (Boston to Springfield and all along the pike except dropping calls passing Palmer, Ma) until moving to this area. Most phone calls last less than a minute before the signal is dropped. My sister has AT&T and had the same issue when visiting here. I think the cel phone companies have given up on this area around upper Franklin, Ma.

My reception on Verizon throughout town is excellent. A few dead spots in Norfolk, but overall excellent. People with AT&T in my house have much worse reception than me.

I get service in one room of the building near the window, although the phone will ring in any room of the house.

At times, this phone will cut out, sound like I am talking on a satellite phone or now I am getting an echo.

I've have Verizon for almost 10 years now and in that time span I think I might have dropped about 5 calls. Thats no joke, I can't even recall when the last time was that I lost a call. I always have full or almost full signal. I've been through five phones (I have the 'new every two' plan) and its the same on all: perfect. Verizon gets two thumbs way up from me =)
