The map says that I should have full reception, I have almost none. Why?

though according to ATT I am supposed to have good service, I am stuck with "No Service" while at home. When I went through this with them at length, they suggested I go with another company - they could do (and have done) nothing to remedy this.

I have excel;lent service at home in Haverhill and I travel throughouyt NE MA and NH extensively. Except with one or two really remote locations, I have fine reception everywhere with my 9630 Tour on Sprint.

Phone I-850 Motorola. Very bad, please don't buy it. I have a friend who has a same cell phone and it is as bad as mine. Service very bad too. Drops every call. Even worse with other Nextel phones.

I have never had a problem with dropped calls or no service with Verizon in any area that I travel. My concerns are more with their phone quality and customer service, or lack there of. I have owned approx. 7 phones over the last 10 years and have had a problem with all but one of the phones. The 2 year contract outlasts the screens. I have also not been able to change my phone unless under their warranty which is a monthly fee, or my 2 years has expired. Otherwise you pay full price, $200 for the cheap phones that they are giving away. My contract is up and I don't want to renew, I want to switch but I also want to be able to use the phone in my area.
