I am also suppose to be in a "great" area for 4GLTE! Not so much of 4GLTE coverage..more like a hopeful 3g! Seriously Verizon!?! WTF? Why am I paying for them worst coverage! My Droid X had better reception! I will probably be switching backwards in the technology era of phones as well as switching carriers!

The map says that I should have full reception, I have almost none. Why?

though according to ATT I am supposed to have good service, I am stuck with "No Service" while at home. When I went through this with them at length, they suggested I go with another company - they could do (and have done) nothing to remedy this.

I have never had a problem with dropped calls or no service with Verizon in any area that I travel. My concerns are more with their phone quality and customer service, or lack there of. I have owned approx. 7 phones over the last 10 years and have had a problem with all but one of the phones. The 2 year contract outlasts the screens. I have also not been able to change my phone unless under their warranty which is a monthly fee, or my 2 years has expired. Otherwise you pay full price, $200 for the cheap phones that they are giving away. My contract is up and I don't want to renew, I want to switch but I also want to be able to use the phone in my area.
