	I've always had instances of spotty reception and service in parts of Longmeadow, but ever since the Tornados, absolutely no reception in / around my house. Ironically, my son lives in Longmeadow and is much closer to the Springfield border than I am and he is not having any issues with his iPhone or his wife's. Traveling 10 miles away yesterday in Feeding Hills, reception ranged from 1 bar to 4 bars to Searching and then No Service. Service is on and off and on the apple web site they said it might be a bad "sim" card inside the phone.

	In my own house I get very poor reception. Sometimes it jumps to 1xev with four bars and other times the 1xev goes away and I have no bars. Also if I am able to make a call which can take about 20 seconds for it to actually begin dialing if I am lucky enough to get through the call gets lost pretty easily. Very bad service overall with Sprint in the Longmeadow area.

	The reception is very,very poor on campus, especially in the dorms, which have stone interiors.
