Many many dropped calls over the past two or three months. Phone does not work at all in my apartment, and works sporadically outside.

Used to get 3 bars with same phone... .after I got the phone (about 3 months later) went from 3 bars to consistantly 1 bar. Had to get a network extender to work within and about my house. Got a special deal from Verizon but still others who don't have one get minimal service in the area.

My T-Mobile phone does not work anywhere in the vicinity of the house, inside - outside, all the same. I have at best half a bar teetering on my cell phone, and the moment someone calls, the bar goes off!

No reliable reception anywhere in the house. Going outside on the deck sometimes works enough to get by. My old T730 and my wife's LG get one or two bars if we're near windows, which is usually enough to make a call. I really think it's just the location. I'm right next to the Fells, at the bottom of a giant hill that's blocking anything to the West. I doubt that any other carrier would be any better in this particular spot. I'm thinking about getting one of those active antenna boosters to make my own little "hot spot."

Hell must be serviced by AT&T Wireless / Cingular because they have no service anywhere else. The only service available is Emergency Only. No wonder they charge an early termination fee - no one would stay...

AT&T Sucks. Near Wakefield it works well (full signal) but at my house near Malden it sucks. I get "SOS Only" a lot. I called the company and they tell me the same thing... Shut off the phone and turn it on again. With Verizon I never had this problem. I must have called AT&T twenty times in the year I've had it. With Verizon, not once did I need to call.

Immediately coming off of 93 going towards Melrose via Pond St., all reception cuts off in three particular spots.
