	Reception went bad several weeks ago. Outgoing signal still received well by others out of area but incoming is usually unintelligible. Possible link to AT&T downgrading of 2G / 3G service?

	I show 5 bars in Natick, however as of last Thursday my family can NO LONGER hear the person on the other end, although they can hear me perfectly.This only happens at home. Apparently something is interfering with T Mobile reception in the Natick area because when I went to the TMoblie store they told me many people from Natick have been in with the same complaint. Up until last Thursday we have had great coverage in all or travels except for a few back streets in the surrounding area. I have been a loyal TMoble customer for 8 years, I hate to change carriers, but I need service at home!

	I get great reception throught Natick except for a dead spot just east of the Central / Union intersection. Always 4-5 bars throughout town from Framingham line to Wellesley line.

	This phone and carrier has poor coverage in Natick. 1 bar if I am lucky.

	South Natick in general has very poor reception, regardless of phone or service provider. Verizon service rep told me on 6 / 14 that he knows nothing about any plans to improve reception to this area.

	Man, I love this phone and the coverage is excellent, very consistent. The voice quality is alot clearer than Nextel, Sprint, and AT&T, all of which I've had in the past few years. I think T-Mobile has the best coverage and certainly the best customer service. Once, I lost my phone and because I bought the insurance for it, I got a new phone the very next day!
