Have had issues with not being able to place calls, not being able to receive calls, and dropped calls since April 1st. Twice AT&T has sent a text message saying the problem is fixed, but within minutes, we have the same issues. They haven't been very forth coming with what the issue is. First time they said it would take until April 21 to fix. Now they are saying it will be fixed by May 3. Since this is my work phone, this is extremely disruptive. Thinking about switching to another carrier because AT&T can't get this problem fixed.

Sprint has excellent recemption in North Attleboro and their rate plans are usually $20-$40 less expensive per month than AT&T and Verizon. Thats a $240 - $480 savings each year over the other two big carriers. Go with Sprint and you will be happy you did.

I had Cingular last year, but I could not get through a call without a drop. Since I got VZW I have not dropped any calls. The reception, however, is not that good at all. I wish these companies would actually do something with the money we give them.
