	One week ago phone started dropping calls. I have called trying to find out if there was a problem and I seem to get the run around (they are checking it out--they are working on it). Reception was really good until now, what is going on??? does anyone know?

	Horrible reception if any both in and outside the house. Often not even emergency calls can be made. Had Verizon before they might have been slightly better.
