Great Reception at home on upper North St. and at work on Hubbard Ave. 3-5 bars home 5 bars solid at work. This carrier does not have the best signal in every given spot, but gives you almost complete coverage all over Berkshire County with no major dead spots found between Sheffield and Williamstown, but for 1 in South Willliamstown. You don't run into this heading toward VT via Williamstown if you go via RT 8 to North Adams, then RT 2. Again, signal is not the best for all spots, but they give you some signal in places that even Verizon doesn't(like in Cummington, just outside the Berkshires), nevermind other 2 bit carriers. The internet generally works anywhere I get a signal of at least 2 bars, including for streaming. A tip for the technically lame: mount the phone above the window line with something like a windshield mounting kit when in a car. Since AT&T uses GSM 1900 in some spots, you'll thank me later for saying this(though any car phone should be mounted like this for optimal performance). We're talking very high frequencies(either 800+ MHz or 1.9 GHz+ in the case of places using GSM 1900)that do not penetrate the steel in a car very well. This remedies many of what many people think are dead spots.

Best coverage for Western Mass that I have found so far. Have Verizon connection on work phone from office and it does not have as good a reception range although it does seem to have a better reception in some limited areas. I have has several experiences where I could get a signal and others could not.
