I've had T-Mobile now for almost 5 years and I've yet to have a problem in Boston. I live in Rockland and make a daily commute to multiple spots throughout the city. No dropped calls, no missed emails / texts, nothing. Hands down, the best cell phone service I've ever had. Cell phone reception in Brookline is awesome. No problem on the vineyard, down cape or even in the T. Granted everyone loses service until you get to Park St. or Downtown Crossing but if you're needing a call THAT bad... don't get on the T. Definitely go with T-Mob in Boston, you won't regret it. Oh yeah, best customer service as well.

Cell coverage is terrible. I eithr hva 1 bar or none. If a call does come through, it will usually drop off within the first minute. When I get a call on my cell, I tell them immeditly to call me back on my home phone. How embarrassingi can that be for Verizon Wireless ? Reading all the negative coverage reviews for this area, I don't see why they don't just add a tower.
