	Usability throughout Wales is very spotty. Good service at the top of Hollow Road, then again when it levels out to enter Brimfield. Some signal at the Post Office and along the length of Rt 19, with occasional dead spots and areas of very low (unusable) signal strength. There was an effort in 2003 to have two cell towers put up, but the test locations were vandalized and the test balloons were cut away. Dangerous area. But good for poor white trash wife beaters.
