decent reception - although it changes based on the location in the house - and we're at the top of a hill. No problem with texts and data. I don't make a lot of calls, but when I do they seem spotty.

Horrible reception. Also I work in downtown Boston and there is NO coverage in Chinatown.

I have no problems with coverage here in regards to data or 3G. I do not use my cell for calls much while driving or traveling so I can not comment toomuch to that point. But, for people stating that they have no coverage at all or 12 out of 15 dropped calls, I think you need to have your phone looked at. I work at a major corperation with 280 BB's and 260 iphones right on the pike in this corridor and we never hear of any connection issues. I myself live a couple miles away and have no issues even close to the negitive comments here.

We lived on the other side of the big hill, off Belmont St. and got a great signal. Now, on the Watertown side of the hill, we get absolutely nothing. We can't even pick up a signal much closer to Watertown Square. T-Mobile here is awful.

Augh! Pathetic reception here and in our old place near Hosmer School. No service in Target either. Please save me from this terrible contract with the devil... .

Get solid reception. Never have any dropped calls, inside or outside our condo building. The only place I have had problems getting a call to go through has been Watertown Square.

Inside the building forget about it, but what's really maddening is that hour to hour you never know which direction to walk in to get reception. Once you have a connection you can stand next to the building and talk but you might have to walk two blocks before you get any reception.

I live on Carey Ave and get no reception in my house! Complaind several times but with no success! I am forced to get a landline now!

No reception in most of Watertown, MA. - even in the mall! I'm going to another carrier as soon as my contract with this terrible company expires.

No reception at all in my apartment, even if I lean out the window. Going outside I get randomly between 1 and 5 bars, with inexplicable oscillations between the two extremes. Previous apartment in Cambridge had excellent service, problems seem specific to Watertown area.

I have full strength in my house, and don't recall ever dropping a phone call. No complaints about Verizon in Watertown.

terrible service. Cingular, At&T.. it doesn't matter... they are both terrible. no reception. I am switching over to T-mobile. They have the strongest reception in Watertown.

I'm happy with Motorola V600 and AT&T GSM service. I get strong reception and no dropped calls in my masonary apartment complex. My Kyocera phone with Verizon service had horrible reception!

Verizon is awful in Watertown, MA. No reception in house, maybe one bar outside. Rarely can hold calls, phone is useless and I can't afford to early terminate the scam 2 yr contact they stick me with.

Haven't had any dropped calls in Watertown, except for when I get near my house on School St. I go from 3/4 bars to 1/4. Then when I get into my house, I get no reception unless I hold my phone up to or out my window. Seems a little retarded to me. The one good thing is that it's a GoPhone, so I have no contract to worry about. Bye bye AT&T.

Verizon has very good reception everywhere I went in MA. It has full strength signal in the office where most other providers DO NOT pick up at all. AT&T in particular has NO signal. Sprint has some signal. Does not look like there is alternative for Verizon's steep prices ... :-(

Reception okay outside of house but poor to none inside. Using Sony Ericsson T68i. Will be upgrading to Sony Ericsson T616 shortly hoping to improve reception.
