A new tower was installed on Keyes Rd that has given us GREAT reception. It is very spotty in Town Hall in the center, strange because you can see the tower from there. Must be using some serious "down-tilt" antennas!

Decent reception in my home (3-4 bars) and very good reception in the rest of town with one exception of the consistent drop on 225 heading out of Westford, it is always the same spot so at least I can plan!

Nextel added a tower just off of Keyes Rd.near Groton Road. It is supposed to be adding other carriers to the site. Nextel coverage is excellent in the immediate area.

Only Cingular works fine here. We tried Nextel once but it was a dead zone.

No dropped calls in Westford area except when crossing the railway line over depot street. Call is sure to be dropped there !

Reception at my house was spotty. My phone got OK reception as long as I didn't move a muscle. My husbands phone didn't really work at all.

Very poor. Until the reception inproves we need to keep a landline. Calls always dropped at the bottom of Depot Rd crossing the brook. Previously Verizon was the carrier. It was just as bad.

Verizon is the best service in Westford. I've had Versizon, T-Mobile, ATT and Cingular but Verizon has the only service that seems to work reasonably in this town.

Poor to no Sprint reception in most of Westford, none at high school and Stonybrook middle school. Within half a mile of I-495 some reception; I've had to drive there to get messages--when I knew someone had called and left a voicemail. In Westford the only service offering reception in 90% or better of town is Verizon. I live half a mile from the center and could use my Sprint phone briefly and only standing in front of one window of my house. I've stood there at the window holding the phone over my head when expecting a call - no one wants to live that way.

Even with the new Keyes Rd.tower, there is no signal In the area of Depot Crossing and surrounding streets. No signal on most streets to right of Plain Road. Must go closer to Nab Center to start to get signal. I am considering a Wilson indoor repeater with a roof mounted outside antenna.

Good location for new antenna at mill tower. Westford is poor zone for Verizon. Friend has Cingular standing right next to me with 5 Bars. Why me? New business at this location with many,many people in and out every hour. Can you hear me now? NO! Help!

The maps said there was reception but I got none almost everywhere in Westford. While in my house my phone often times didn't even receive calls due to lack of reception. I work on Hanscom AFB and the reception was good their but zero on the back roads to Bedford. Reception was good for most major roads.

Searching for signal... phone dies in about an hour or so. Graniteville appears to be a total black hole for Sprint PCS -- and apparently Verizon, too, as my wife's Verizon Motorola V60 gets no signal either. My kingdom for a service that works at my house...

In Westfod, MA the area bounded by Groton Rd. / Rt 40, N. Main Street, River Rd., Main Street, and Depot Street is a complete Sprint PCS dead zone.
