AT&T 5 Out of 5 Phone Model: RAZR	Had a phone with the the big V and switched to Cingular because of the vastly superior coverage in Westwood. Spoke with a rep in Dedham at the store at the Rotary. He had no clue and referred me to the other Cingular store up the street near the Dedham Cinema. Thought it a little silly having two stores within a mile of each other, but the one they referred me to was a corporate location... the other one I guess is a franchise. Who knew? Once I got to the corporate store they knew their stuff and got me in and out in no time. Much easier and friendlier than dealing with Verizon. Cingular has come a long way and it looks like they're just getting better.
