1-2 bars all the time. Texts are delayed both in sending and receiving. Reception was better about 2 years ago but then it dropped to only 1-2 bars and drops calls at times now.

Horrible reception. Drops calls all the time. Horrible customer service I am done gonna try Verizon because I know AT&T stinks also I switched from them before

I live on Edgewood Rd behind the Giant Shopping center in Bay Ridge. I can not get reception unless I go in front of my house. Sometimes on the second floor on a sunny day, but it drops alot.
