Never an issue. I drive all over MD, DE and VA for my job. The only issues with coverage are on the Eastern Shore sometimes and on 495 near AAFB

I have no reception anywhere in my home except in a corner of my bedroom. Peope ask why I never answer my phone... because it only works in my bedroom and unless I plan on spending the rest of my life in my bedroom, I'll never be able to answer my phone. T-Mobile has horrible customer service as well as product reliability

Very spotty in the Arnold area. Really sucks as I work from home. Going to try Sprint's new hybrid.

I get 1 to zero bars with T-Mobile. When I started with them 3 years ago, they had the best reception of anyone I had tried, and I had tried just about everyone. Within the last 6 months, the quality of the signal has steadily decreased / Not just in MD, but in Atlanta and Savannah, GA; anywhere in North or South Carolina and in Trenton, NJ. Ask me if I am switching... .I am. To Verizon. Bye T-mobile... way to keep up with the Joneses.

very poor reception... when Cingular upgraded their towers in the area I went to zero reception. I finally received a new phone that barely gets reception now.

One or two bars at most in Arnold Area, with incredible chopiness. Zero bars in Cape St. Clair. Better in Annapolis, but still spotty at best. No continuity with signal. Travelling I97 and on 695 West towards Baltimore, several dead spots. I am surprised to see a tmobile dealer at Arundel Mills--I wonder how many returns they receive?! And this comment coming from a loyal T-Mobile user (five years). Recently relocated from Twin Cities, where I had 5 bars consistently, and maybe one dropped call in 5 years! I am spoiled. Needless to say, I am switching carriers.
