When you move into the area, you'll notice lots of people standing outside talking on their cell phones. Reception inside is dismal; outside is somewhat better. The best I've had inside is 3 bars but whenever I make a call it drops to zero or one bar. Lots of dropped calls.
My service is great, in my house and out the door. There is sometimes a problem going north on Greenspring Ave. but the reception is perfect again once I reach Old Court Road. No problems... I think the service is fine.
Good reception anywhere in house even in basement. Almost never drops a call, calls always clear. This may be due to the phone since I also have a Motorola V180 which gets horrible reception usually 1-3 bars at most, and often drops calls (ofcourse the Mot V180 I got free from T-Mobile for signing up another year... anybody need a paperweight).
I usually have all of my bars... .including in the basement of my house. I have only dropped about 5 calls since I had my my phone (my two-year contract is almost up) This was only because I was in a wooded area... but other than that reception is great around here.
Always get full reception wherever I go except in the middle of nowhere where none of them work. I've tried all the carriers, Verizon and Sprint work in more places then any of the others.
I usually have a really good signal most places I go or have been in the city. I've never been in a location where my phone just doesn't work. When I had T-Mobile, connectivity problems were a day-to-day basis.
