	Sounds like the Cingular customers just need to get better phones. I have at least 4 bars all over Bel Air with Cingular and great reception on my phone. Unfortunately, this wasn't always the case. While I was waiting on my razr, just shortly after having broke my v400 (great reception by the way,) I had a V220(?) I'd check the model, but it ended up smashed to pieces on Tollgate Rd. Cingular is a good viable choice, but not if you're cheap. Buy a quad-band phone or prepare to be disappointed.
