The back part of this subdivision has been a cell "dead zone" forever. Nothing from Verizon will work here and they acknowledge that this is a dead spot for their service. Very rural area and not enough $$ revenue for them to fix the problem. Cingular may well be the same except for their Sony-Ericson Z520a phone which works well. I'm told that most other Cingular phone don't work. The Z520a is a quad mode phone and has a somewhat different style of antenna which is what I'm told makes the difference.

I would give excellent service if reviewing Chestertown only. Service becomes somewhat about 5-10 miles outside of town, my job requires I travel the entire tri-county area weekly, and I find that I usually have at least 2 bars in most areas. However, I consistently drop calls from within my own house, and while calls connect, many times the quality is less than desired.

On the back part of Chestertown the reception is very poor, also Verizon doesn't seem to have a tower close enough or powerful enough for most of millington. However, overall I get pretty good coverage.
