it's horrible, I'm sitting next to a window in a second story of a house within the beltway of our Nation's Capital and my cell can not transmit a call! AT&T sucks here!

Absolutely no coverage inside McKeldin Library or any building on campus, for that matter. Outside, T-Mobile is fine. Once you step foot inside a building, however, good luck trying to send or receive calls or texts. I switched to T-Mobile from Virgin thinking they'd be better... Nope. I'm planning on going to Verizon once my contract expires. Don't get Virgin or T-Mobile if you spend a lot of time in buildings on campus.

I had to walk pass my garage or walk around, to get a reception that is still poor, and the worst is it still drops every once in a while, dont know if repeater will solve the problem.

Loved the phones, but absolutely horrible reception! Haven't had a call that wasn't dropped (have made calls all along the BW Pkwy. from College Park to Baltimore). Calls are dropped in the middle of conversations, and the person on the other side can't hear me. Can't make calls from my house; 0-1 bars. Have to switch to Verizon.

Need to stick your head out the window to get reception (or have an ear piece!) I have noticed other peoples phones working in inside rooms. Perhaps Verizon

I have to stick my head out hte window to make a call. If my phone isnt at my window with the window open, forgot service... it's horrible.

Reception indoors is unacceptable. I cannot remember the last call I made that wasn't dropped. Outside I have to walk around until I find a signal and then I cannot move for fear that I will lose the signal. Verizon is supposed to have great reception but anywhere around the Univeristy Of Maryland campus other than at the Police Station you are lucky to be able to make a call. Can you hear me now? No...

Dead spot once you turn off of Kenilworth in College Park. Not so great on Kenilworth either.

While walking through McKeldin mall, a vast open field, I lose reception. In my room I have to literally stand with my head out the window to get service. If you live or go to school in College Park. I do not recommend nextel at all.
