	Sitting at my desk, bars will suddenly drop to zero and calls dropped. About 40% of my calls are dropped.

	It seems US Cellular when on Rt 42 couple miles from the PA line start to roam... .if you stop in an area as such the phone keeps swtiching towers. When this happens... .droped calls, sometimes the phone dont ring, yet actual location is in Garrett County but the phone wants to roam?
