Literally no service along Kenilworth avenue around the greenbelt rd intersection. Calls are dropped constantly and when you try to dial out it tells you call failed. The phone shows several bars, yet the call will fail. This has also happened to my wife on her BB Curve in the same area. It is a constant!

Just move from 20905 to 20770 and now I almost never have service. If it were not for my wifi my iPhone would be useless at home. Very disappointed. I would like some real answers. And a solution how they are going to fix it.

My ATT cell (which is frequently better than most out in the boondocks) is essentially useless at my GSFC office, and at the local Co-op market, and at the local so-called mall (Target has one corner with semi-service). According to the company, issues at a single site on one of our taller buildings is to blame but I believe (and have told them) that service has stunk since they bought Cingular. If anyone in Greenbelt says they get 'good' service from ATT, then I'm betting they are working for the company.

Verizon reception on and near the NASA campus (Greenbelt) has been decent since Verizon built a tower there in 2009. Reception within industrial type buildngs is spotty at the center of the low floor / basement at times. There is a small blank spot on the BW parkway as you go South into town, often drops a call there.

Frequent dropped calls in the house, usually within less than 5 minutes. I have to make calls while standing outdoors. Have spent several hours with Verizon tech support, no resolution.

I live in a one-bedroom apartment on the bottom floor of a two-story building. I find that one side of my apartment gets bad reception and drops calls. The other side is pretty good. Bottom line, I can send and receive calls usually with no problem here, though I seldom have more than one or two bars and I do have dropped calls every once in a while.

I was with Sprint for several years and always got perfect reception in my office located on the second floor of the building. Even in our lab, located in a windowless basement I was able to use my phone. Now, having just switched to AT&T to be on the same plan as my husband, I get ZERO reception in my office and in the lab. That pretty much negates the benefit of the free calls between mine and my husband's phone since I cannot use my phone. If there are other people with AT&T service who would like to petition AT&T for better coverage, maybe we can individually call or do this as a group. Any ideas?

anomalous for AT&T, which usually has good coverage in my experience; however, AT&T is practically USELESS in this particular area, and it has been for a long time. multiple calls to customer care have no effect -- they just don't get it!
