I always have 4 bars when I am in my house. In DC though, at my job, I get 3 bars and my colleague has AT&T and has full 5 bars! I've been with Sprint for three years now and in total i've probably had about 10 drop calls... .

i get great coverage all the time with the now network I dont know why so many people complain only get a few deadspots in alabama

the best by far of the four I get coverage everywhere around baltimore I dont know what these other people talking about saying they dont got no coverage cause I got coverage everywhere around baltimore and a few "listen" few dead spots

sprint is the best for me out here in dc marylannd virgina because I get signal almost everywhere sometimes I lose signal but that only happened in two places my aunt house and my sister in law house

i have been experiencing drop calls in my house ever since I bought this phone in January. Before I switched to Sprint I was with t- Mobile and it worked perfect in my house I have called customer service several times but the problem remains.

Since last Sunday 10 / 10 / 10, Sprint has no service at this location. No calls can be made or received. No access to voice messages either. The same cellphone works in other places perfectly fine though. I have called customer service multiple times, they have no idea what is going on but one of the reps admitted that recently they have had outings in this area. Overall, very poor customer service. I will change my carrier as soon as I get a chance.

Bars don't count in this area. Sitting in one spot, I'll get a read of 1-2-3 bars in 10 seconds, and calls get dropped (too many times to count) anyway.

I rate the reception average because it varies between 5 bars and 0 bars while I'm standing still. Whether in my office (which has big windows) or driving, a call can be dropped at any time. I miss calls all the time because the phone doesn't ring and a minute later it chimes that someone left me a voice mail message. The treo chimes when it switches between digital and analog and sometimes it does it so much I turn the sound off and miss calls that way. Its not the phone, because I have 5 phones on my account and 3 different models and they all do this. I've been a Sprint customer for a long time and the reception used to be much better. The problems began about 1-2 years ago. If I didn't have 5 phones and a long contract I would change carriers, but I'm hoping they work our their network problems.

Drop in service pretty regularly. Sometimes it just goes haywire and spends the day switching from analog to digital.
