I have been a customer with Sprint since 2006.Service was exellent in 2006 and 2007.But at around 2008 July, the service crapped out.The phone was a replacement (refurbished) that malfunctioned three weeks later. The virtual keyboard stopped working, spent hours with tech support and supervisor, but meanwhile I was even getting charged for text messaging to countries I had never heard of before. In this zip code 20886,90 % of my calls get dropped, to the point I had to get Voip installed in my house.I was once offered and Aircard to boost signal inisde the house, but was told to pay $100 upfront. To this day this issue has never been resolved and I plan on moving to AT&T but I am doing my research becuase I do not want a repeat of the Sprint fiasco My friends too have new phones and their calls are getting dropped also and are planning to switch from Sprint.A word to the wise, avoid sprint.I was even suprised that their was a positive review about Sprint on this site.Their stores are of no help either.
