	My rating is Below Average only because of the solid 3G coverage, otherwise this carrier / device deserves Poor rating for voice. Ground floor apartment. Drops calls often inside and out. Cannot make a call in my kitchen. I frequently receive a voicemail notification without the phone ever ringing. 3G coverage is decent for data. Voice is horrible.

	This is inside my house, but it is a liitle better outside Usually I will have 1 or 2 bars, but they will drop while making a call I am still on ATT, I Have not swithced to Cingular
