Mostly NO reception (both ATT and Verizon). Several cell phones in the house, including Blackberries and iPhones all with similar reception difficulties. You lay the phone down in one spot and watch the signal strengh go from 3 bars to none and back. This is insane!

i've had Verizon for 4 years and had AT&T before that... AT&T was just horrible and all my friends still complain about it... but Verizon seems to have service just about everywhere around here

It's either on the edge with 1 bar or if I'm lucky sometimes I get 3 bars! Hardly ever do I have all bars. Dropped calls constantly, breaking up, and failed calls, all the time? I'm a Realtor and I really rely on my cell phone at my home office... do not know what to do! Help!

Good reception, but have alot of problems with text messaging. Recipents won't get them until much later, if they get receive it at all.

I have two different phones that are a carryover contract from a different location. Winter reception was better, but most often we have no service to 1 or 2 bars at best. Still searching for the right service provider for the area.

it usually depends on where I am in my house... which sounds pretty stupid but its true... idk why but in some rooms..i have three bars..adn in some I have no service... .i just dont understand it

I live in Pasadena MD, work in Severna Park, and play in Annapolis all the time. I constantly drop calls or cannot make them at all. People have told me that the phone is the problem, however, I know people who have other phones with Verizon and they have the same problem. Before I switched to Verizon, I had a contract with AT&T and had no problem. Now that Cingular and AT&T have joined forces I think I will switch back. Verizon is expensive and has poor service in this area.

Never able to get any reception from ANY cell phone company at my house - I have tried almost all of them! Just ask nicely and they will lend you a phone to try. BUT Verizon works when I walk outside and maybe down to the road. All other companies I had to go at least a 1 / 4 mile and some a mile. So - Verizon is definitely the best company for me. Now as for their customer service, well that REALLY SUCKS.

I have never had any problems with Verizon from a signal point of view. Rock solid... dial, send, connect every time. I use to be a T-Mobile user several years ago. Will not ever make that mistake again! For this area Verizon is the way to go!

Great reception 98% of the time.

T-Mobile reception is poor to non-existant. Other carriers ALL have good reception in this area.

The reception on this phone is horrable. Once my service plan is up its bye-bye to T-Mobile and hello Verizon Wireless.
