Verizon 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG EV Touch	After months of arguing with them, pleading, begging they have finally let me out of my contract as we have ZERO reception at our house-or neighborhood. We were locked into a contract when we moved here, but we're free at last!

Verizon 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG envTouch	I've been with Verizon for 12 years. I've lived in Pomfret, MD for 4. All 4 of these years we've had no reception. All 4 years we were told "It's your phone. Do *228. Upgrade your phone." Never worked. Then the other day "We are going to put a tower closer to you. Looks like you're in a dead zone" (uh, ya think?). "It should be up in 1 to 2 years." Oh, gee, not that long then. My contract is up, I tell them I'm going to AT&T. Then Verizon offers to have ME pay THEM $249 for a "network extender" and 1.99 a month +tax for the service. Um, WTF? I don't think so. Verizon, thanks for treating this loyal customer like crap.
