The signal goes in and out. I have contacted Nextel, and there is nothing they can do. I am now losing business calls because of this. Now I wish I never got with Nextel. Other providers here work great in the same location. Go figure.

T-Mobile has very spotty reception. For some reason in the past 2 weeks the signal strength in around my house got really bad. I called T-Mobile cust. service. They were very polite and wanted to help, but nothing happened with reception. It did not improve. So in order to call or receive any calls I have to keep my phone close to the window. It's really annoying!

Terrible reception especially when in house. Previously had 1 bar, but very usable. No dropepd calls no fading pretty solid voice quality for 1 bar signal. In the past month reception has been progressively worse. lots of dropped calls in house and in neighborhood.
