I am using Sprint phone for the last 4 years and live by Leasure World. Very sad when a company promises to put tower and never does. Reception is always poor.

I like Sprint PCS reception, but not in my neighborhood. The reception is very poor. My wife still persists with Sprint, but I switched to Cingular which has good reception in that neighborhood. If Sprint builds tower in my area, there are a number of people who will switch to it.

Its really odd how I get no reception around my block but have no real issues anywhere else. Thank goodness for wifi calling if not I'd be screwed.

I was looking at others' reviews, but this area is a cell phone blackhole, dropping calls and barely resting at one bar at best. I have been in contact with T Mobile, who seem to be under the impression that there is "acceptable" reception in spite of the facts.

We moved into Leisure World with Sprint service and found we generally have 1 bar of reception. My plan is old, phone broke, so we went to Simply Wireless in Wheaton Plaza and they helped us locate a provider with better reception from our home, which is where we mostly use the phone. Despite the coverage map we were shown, T-Mobile has fully 5 bars in our location. Great!

Good reception around my house. No reception in Rock Creek Park. Have lost calls in various places in and around the DC area with frustrating frequency. Voice mail notifications come sometimes days later. Won't work in many buildings. Rarely works below ground. Going back to Verizon soon.

From the reviews I've seen for Aspen Hill area, seems like many people have problem with their reception. Personally in my opinion, I've never complained with T-Mobile's reception in Aspen Hill area. It works just fine. I never had any dropped calls.

I moved from Sprint to T-Mobile because of their awesome plans. But my calls drop everywhere in my house, especially in the basement, and while driving everywhere. Sometimes when people call me from a landline they get a busy signal. But when people call me from a cell phone they get through to me. That is unless the call drops, horrible.
