I moved from Sprint to T-Mobile because of their awesome plans. But my calls drop everywhere in my house, especially in the basement, and while driving everywhere. Sometimes when people call me from a landline they get a busy signal. But when people call me from a cell phone they get through to me. That is unless the call drops, horrible.
Very weak to no signal at all. Phone does not switch to the stronger Cingular signal. Seems like AT&T Wireless doesn't have a roaming agreement with Cingular in this area.
My phone drops calls or no reception. I have placed numerous calls to Cingular and they tell me my area is a low to medium reception area. I will likely end up having to switch to Verizon due to living and working in a Cingular Dead Zone.
an extensive "dead zone" for TDMA Cingular service, known to Cingular. It extends about 2 miles north on Rt 29 from Briggs Chaney road and about 2 miles west from Rt 29 on Briggs Chaney. Cingular "has no plans to do anything about it" as of 2/23/04
If you have the same problem, call them!! Enough calls may get some action.
