Verizon 3 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG Dare (VX9700)	phone gets reception but is always roaming. there is no Verizon service in smithsburg. if you want to activate your phone you have to drive to waynesboro or frederick. everytime you have a problem you have to drive somewhere. Verizon customer service is terrible at best. run away from anything that has Verizon on it you'll be happier. F Verizon!

Sprint 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Sanyo 8100	Sprint has terrible service in the Smithsburg area. Even when your phone says you have service and you try to use it, it never works. I recommend that you stay away from Sprint!
