	This is my second phone. I upgraded from my old AT&T plan. With my old Nokia phone I would have 1 bar about 3/4 of the time. I would frequently have to shift around and dance while I talked in order to get good reception. Now, reception is a little better, but there are still problems. I get 2 bars out of 5 on average, but the signal strength fluctuates wildly, and it is not uncommon to lose the connection during a conversation. I have noticed that reception degrades in the evening when people return from work (I live in a large apartment complex).
