	just had a LOOOONG conversation with ATT... guess they have sold part of their network to a partner..which means very poor / no ATT service in BGR + / - 20 miles radius. You will get an off network nasty gram... i did. third alert you can port your phone for free to another carrier... . UGH. so much for the research I did... didn't think they would SELL OFF networks. for those in Porltand - new tower coming August 15.
