Pretty much in town, I have excellent roaming service. However, now that I've been here for 3 wks., (moved back from CA) people calling are getting me hit or miss (more miss than hit). AT&T explained to me that the local carrier is Unicel and they have the right to block me from their towers since AT&T has no contract with them. Apparently that's what's happened. They allowed me to break my contract with out early termination fees. I guess I'll be testing Unicel (or Time Warner) soon. My daughter's in CA. Needed that free mobile-to-mobile. Hope this helps.
