Reception is really good, maybe a few spots that you lose service for a few seconds. but us cell in general has the worst customer service I have ever come across, anytime I called them for something they would tell me one thing and then i'd get the bill and thier would be new charges. they have charges for absolutly everything that you would ever have to call them for and they always forget to tell you about those charges. most of the time if you call them with a probleum, unless your spending money all they will say is"we can't do anything for you" the contract ties you into 2yrs. or a fee for breaking it, thats it, the contract has no other use.
